She’s so knowledgeable (provides excursion information, booking details, restaurant lists, reminders) and available at anytime (especially when the airline or hotel has an issue. She’s guided me through cancelled flights and what to do after especially on filing insurance claims or following up with a discrepancy with a hotel.) I never felt alone. She really takes the stress out of travel. She’s a travel agent that I truly trust and one who loves her job. I’m so thankful to her for helping my family make unforgettable memories. ❤️
