She’s so knowledgeable (provides excursion information, booking details, restaurant lists, reminders) and available at anytime (especially when the airline or hotel has an issue. She’s guided me through cancelled flights and what to do after especially on filing insurance claims or following up with a discrepancy with a hotel.) I never felt alone.
